We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization and maintain quality throughout the production process of our range. Our infrastructure is facilitated with sophisticated laboratory, wherein our range is tested on various parameters to ensure that it meets the international standards.

The tests are carried out to check upon the basic validation of design, performance, safety, and reliability of the range. Further, we are also equipped with adequate digital readout measuring devices and digital sampling techniques with computer calculation that also helps us in checking our range.

The various tests that are transformers are subjected are mentioned below:

• Insulation resistance test
• Resistance measurement of winding test
• Turns ratio test
• Polarity and phase relationship test

• No load losses measurement
• Excitation current measurement
• Impedance voltage test
• Load losses measurement
• Insulation oil test
• Dielectric test
• Leakage test of transformer tank

Moreover, other tests such as short circuit withstand tests (dynamic and thermal) are also conducted at independent Govt, recognized testing laboratory. We also have in-house facilities that help us in carrying out type tests such as temperature rise & impulse test so as to assure that our range conforms to the national and international standards.

We also perform type tests that are optional and are carried out on the demands of the clients. These tests are:
